What does warranty cover?

Our warranty coverage varies based on the specific rugged laptop or tablet and its condition. We're committed to addressing technical defects and component issues that may affect your device's functionality.

What's the R2 certification?

The R2 Standard focuses on ensuring environmentally sound practices, data security, and the ethical handling of electronic waste throughout the refurbishing and recycling process. This certification provides assurance to consumers and businesses that the refurbishing and recycling operations adhere to stringent industry standards.

1. Return Policy:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The returned item must be in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories.

Customers are responsible for:

• Paying restocking fees of 15% to 20%.
• Customs & import fees
• Shipping fees
